All Directions Checking Machine for Screws

With Vision system, this machine can check thread surface quality and dimension such as diameter and pitch of screws at very high speed. It can also check surface quality and dimension of screw held at the same time.

After a worker put screws in side a vibration bowl on the machine, and push start button, the machine will automatically check every screw, and separate Ok and NG parts. Ok and NG parts will flow out of the machine in different way. The efficiency of checking parts is 200~400Pcs/Min.

Armed with high speed cameras, this machine can check screws when they are continually rotating. So it can check screws thoroughly in all directions.

This machine is a patent of our company, it can work in full automation, no trouble, no need of worker’s service.

This machine can check screws of different diameter and length. For instance, screws from M4 to M8, length from 20 to 50 mm can use one machine to check. no need change machine parts, only a junior adjustment is necessary.
